Discovery Phase with John’s Product Manager
In case our client already has a Product manager, the Discovery phase includes meetings between our Project Manager and client’s Product Manager so that we could learn about the requirements. Optionally including other people from the team depending on the requirements being addressed.
Estimation
Estimation always includes a technically superior person which gives an initial estimation based on the requirements collected.
Disclaimer
The estimation is going to be affected by all requirement changes which can happen in any of the future phases. The only way to keep the initially set deadline with new requirements coming in - is by omitting some of the previously accepted ones. In these situations changing deadlines is absolutely normal from our perspecitve, but we like to communicate the expectations with clients timely. All our clients go through this phase regardless of their Jorney.
Design
Introducing the Design Team and Dev Team Leads
Requirements collected by the Project Manager are presented in detail to the design and the development team leads to make sure that everything that will be drawn makes sense from the technical point of view as well.
Development and Delivery
Initialization
Usually the first sprint lasts a week longer than the regular two-week sprints in order to provide time to the dev-ops guys to set up the necessary environments for everyone’s needs.

- Price per hour in this approach is lower compared to the price per hour in the approach charging-per-hour.
- Ncoded guarantees that bugs addressed are going to be handled in the soonest possible deadline during the working hours.
Charging per Hour
- Our client can also opt in for paying only the hours a developer logs for bug handling.
- Price per hour in this approach is higher than the approach number one.
- Ncoded does not guarantee that bugs addressed are going to be handled in the soonest possible deadline as there is no dedicated maintenance person.
- Bugs are going to be handled as soon as there are resources available.
